He is currently the CEO of Datawise, a company that is engaged in Consulting, Research and Analytics. After his graduation from NIT Rourkela and IIM Ahmedabad, he joined RPG Enterprises, where he was involved in a number of exciting projects involving restructuring companies within the Group, including Wiltech, HMV, Ceat Glass Fibre Division, Searle India, and Ricoh. He later joined Ernst & Young International, in their consulting division, where he had the opportunity of working with a wide range of companies in a number of different fields including healthcare, telecommunications, Information Technology, Petrochemicals, retail sector, etc. His work primarily involved assisting with corporate strategy and planning. He worked for some time with NetJets Inc., a US based private aviation company, and the world's largest. NetJets Inc. is owned by Warren Buffet and owns and manages more than 1,500 aircraft. In NetJets Inc., he was involved with Performance Improvement activities and was also closely involved with corporate strategy, planning and process improvement. After having decided to return to India, Mr. Vinay Kumar joined the Apollo Hospitals Group in Hyderabad. In Apollo, he was responsible for a number of functional areas including International Business Development, Service Quality, developing Internal Systems and Controls, Human Resource Planning, and Financial Planning. Until May 2007, Vinay was the Chief Executive Officer of Vasant Scribes Limited, a part of the Vasant Group. Vasant Scribes is one of the largest medical transcription companies in India, and the first BPO Company in India to be awarded ISO 27001. He has been an active participant in conducting external training sessions and as a speaker at various forums. He also takes classroom lectures in management schools. Currently, he is the Chairman for Hyderabad Chapter, IMCI. Dr. Santosh Nair is the Founder and Director of Analytic Edge. He has extensive experience in statistical modeling and advanced analytics consulting. During his career, he has developed various analytics solutions to provide insights and deliver value to clients across different industry verticals. His areas of specialization include Marketing and Media Mix modeling, Pricing, Customer segmentation and Response modeling Loyalty analytics, Testing analytics and Forecasting. He has driven innovations in testing analytics methodology, enhanced targeting platform for campaign management and developed products such as forecasting systems and automated pricing and simulation tools. He worked at Genpact and Symphony Marketing Solutions in India and the US in a leadership position and provided analytics consulting to various Clients such as Kimberly Clarke, Bristol Myers Squibb Valassis and SymphonyIRI. Santosh has a Doctorate in Applied Economics and Statistics from Clemson University in the US. In addition to his consulting experience, Santosh is passionate about developing and imparting training to organizations and individuals on various analytic methodologies and their applications. Vijay is the Founder and Director of Analytic Edge. He has extensive experience in developing analytical solutions and product development involving big data. He has worked with companies such as IBM DemandTec, Symphony Services and Novartis Pharmaceuticals in various roles ranging from Analytic solutions leader to consulting and process automation. His areas of specialization include developing solutions for Loyalty and Marketing analytics and off-shore analytics delivery set up. He has a unique experience converting statistical models into products and tools using various technologies. He is credited in developing loyalty, forecasting and Incrementality models/products for some of the Fortune 500 clients which includes Pepsi, Coke, Symphony IRI, Wal-Mart, CVS, Walgreens, United Airlines, Sprint/Nextel etc. Vijay holds a Business Management degree from XLRI, with a Masters in Statistics from university of Mumbai. Dr. Jay B. Simha as the CTO of ABIBA spearheads research, development and product & technology innovation. Dr. Simha comes with over 15 years of significant experience in R&D and business intelligence & analytics consulting. He has implemented several large scale systems for telecom, BFSI and manufacturing industries in business intelligence and analytics. Prior to working with ABIBA, he worked with Siemens, on medical data analysis, algorithm design and data analysis. He holds a post graduate degree in Mechanical and Computer Science. He also has a doctoral degree in Data Mining and Decision Support from Bangalore University. He had post-doctoral collaboration with Louisiana State University, USA. He has more than 10 years of industry experience in Business Analytics and handled valuable clients like Aviva UK, YouTube and Microsoft. He has profound experience in software's like IBM SPSS, IBM Modeler, SAS, Microsoft Azure and Amos. In the past has conducted trainings in R, SPSS and IBM Modeler for various clients. Mr. Manjunatha G B is an IIM Bangalore alumnus and an Industry Practitioner with rich experience in Business Analytics, Portfolio & Program Management (IT and Academic), Delivery, Consulting, Pre-sales, delivering business value and optimal solutions through technology, collaboration and data driven decision making. He is currently working as a consultant and adjunct faculty with REVA University. In his previous tenure in IT companies, he held strategic positions and handled BI and Analytics Practice. He has been instrumental in leading critical, large and high profile engagements & multiple accounts including in BI for guided Analytics in various domains.
