Cross-Cultural Learning at REVA University’s International Centre

Let us take a quick look at some of the best summer courses and internship opportunities that REVA provides for the holistic development of its students.

RWTH Aachen, Germany 

It offers courses in Automation and Simulation for electronics and communication engineering students and Mechatronics Systems Engineering and Innovation for mechanical engineering students for a duration of three weeks in the month of June and July.

Summer Program at IQS Barcelona –

REVA University has partnered with IQS School of Management, Barcelona to offer several management programs and summer school courses in international business and nanotechnology. Students also get a wonderful chance to go on a study tour of the University and explore the charming streets of Spain. For students interested in International Business, the program provides an in-depth understanding of the international economy and its effects on the society. The Nanotechnology course focuses on new applications and market opportunities through theoretical and practical work. Both the programs include a module on cross-cultural management with a global perspective to raise awareness of the impact of different cultures on business.

OXFORD and CAMBRIDGE Summer School Immersion Programme

Established by a network of Oxford alumni, the Oxford Summer Courses are a dynamic blend of world-class Oxford teaching and English language. Experience the majestic university while you learn from highly interactive teaching methods. One of the advantages of enrolling for Oxford courses is to study in smaller groups and receive one-on-one tuition from an experienced academician. Courses such as Creative Writing, English Literature, Theatre and Cultural Studies, are offered at Cambridge, London, India, High Wycombe, and Stanford.

Internship Program – CAEP partnership with ARKANSAS University –

REVA University offers a short-term internship program of two months in collaboration with Arkansas-State University. Students from business, engineering, computer, and hospitality fields can enroll for the program termed as Career Advancement and Experience program of ASTATE and can intern with an US-based company from May until August.

Apart from summer courses and internship programs, REVA University also offers Bachelor of Vocational degree courses in collaboration with SkillSonics to help students enhance their skills and increase their chances of employment. Study tours are also a part of the learning experience at REVA with a recent educational tour to Malaysia and Europe. These study tours let students explore the different facets of a country and understand their culture.
