REVA Corporate Advisory Board represent an under researched, yet unique and influential contributor to students learning and education process. Cluster and indiscriminate analysis reveal that in terms of effort, board tend to be either a hands off ceremonial type or more hands on and engaged. We find that REVA CAB board effort and attention affect directors preferences of the content and approach of entrepreneurship programs, gauging student learning, obstacles to board contributions and the relative emphasis on the skill students are taught. This provides a foundation for a research agenda that considers the unique and influential role by REVA Corporate Advisory Board.

Advisory Board Members play a vital role for trustees in providing key information and developments in their respective fields. In this way they assist board trustees in identifying and implementing best practice standards for new and existing programs. In addition to making recommendations and providing advice & support, advisory board members make sure that programs are current and relevant to industry, business, labour, and professional development practices. They are also involved with other areas of programming such as marketing, promotion, fund raising with job placement for program graduates.
