The Department of Mathematics, School of Applied Sciences, REVA University, Bangalore, successfully organized the “ 5th International Conference on Recent Trends in Applied and Computational Mathematics-ICRTACM 2024” on 7th and 8th November 2024. This two-day event was held at the Justice Hegde Seminar Hall in the Swami Vivekananda Block.The conference brought together experts, researchers, and students for a vibrant exchange of ideas and the latest advancements in applied and computational mathematics.
The event commenced with a formal inauguration ceremony at 9:30 am, presided over by Dr. Pasupuleti Visweswara Rao, Associate Dean, School of Applied Sciences and Prof. Shilpa B. R Deputy Director, School of Applied Sciences. Dr. Emad Aly, Professor and Head of the Department of Mathematics at Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt, graced the occasion as the chief guest.
