The School of Management Studies, REVA University, had organized a five-day Faculty Development workshop on the topic. “Advancing Faculty Excellence: A Comprehensive FDP on Academic Research Techniques for Publications and Patents’’ from 2nd Jan to 6th Jan 2024.The Five-Day workshop was a comprehensive workshop on enhancing knowledge for faculty on academic research methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative, and also application of patents. It was a 5 days offline session. The resource persons were Dr.Girish G.P, Associate Professor (Finance) and Dean (Academics) at ICFAI Business School (IBS) Bengaluru, Dr.Muralidhara Ananda Murthy Head, JMP Academic India, Dr. Uma Warrier Professor(HR) CMS Jain B-School Prof.Burri Ankaiah,Asst. HEAD IPR,REVA University. The FDP program started with a formal Inaugural programme on 2nd Jan in the presence of esteemed Chief Guest Dr.Girish G.P, Associate Professor (Finance) and Dean (Academics) at ICFAI Business School (IBS) Bengaluru, Director of School of Management Studies Dr. Nitu Ghosh and HOD Dr. Harish. The total participants enrolled were 58 faculty which included 41 in-house faculty and 17 external faculty from various other colleges and Universities.
