ALUMNI TALK : Dr.VISVESWARA RAO PASUPULETI

Dr.Visveswara Rao Pasupuleti, Director-IFSSA-Universiti Malaysia Kelantan, Chairman-Animal Ethics Committee, UMK alumni of RISM was invited to REVA University to interact with PG students and Faculty members. He delivered a talk on “Nano-The current era for Drug Delivery and Human Wellness” highlighting the importance and applications of Nanotechnology. He spoke about target specific drug delivery through Nanotechnology as well as its advantages. He also mentioned about various inter disciplinary field in life science stream and Nanotechnology applications in respective streams.
Later he interacted with all the faculty member from School of Applied Sciences (Biotechnology, Biochemistry and Chemistry) wherein he spoke about student exchange programme and Faculty exchange programme. Faculty members discussed with him about possibilities for joint projects and conferences. He responded positively and agreed for student exchange programme in terms of Internship from January 2018 onwards provided students can get VISA clearance.
The overall interaction was good and students are benefitted through his talk. They also gave a positive feedback and willing to take up project under his guidance.
