In collaboration with the Fearless and Flawless Club, REVA University’s School of Electrical & Electronics Engineering organized an impactful awareness session on "Building Resilience: Enhancing Self-Esteem & Promoting Mental Wellness". The session was conducted by Dr. Latha Rai, a Child and Adolescent Counsellor at the Pediatric OPD & Neuro ICU, MS Ramiah Hospitals, Bangalore.
Held at the Kalpana Chawla Seminar Hall, the session aimed at promoting mental wellness and building resilience among students. Starting at 02:30 PM, the session provided valuable insights into mental health, self-esteem, and resilience, empowering students to manage stress and enhance their well-being. Faculty Coordinators Dr. Saahithi S and Dr. N. Himabindu played a key role in organizing this meaningful event.
