Mr. Arvind Kumar Salecha is a practicing structural engineer and director of Chetan Infratech Consultants Pvt Ltd. He has designed over 23 metro stations 600 bridges and flyovers all over India. He has over 25 years of experience as a structural engineer with expertise in bridge designs. He has Published paper in Journal of Experimental Mechanics, USA. He has presented papers in national seminars and given guest lectures in colleges. He completed his B.Tech (Civil Engg) from IIT Bombay in 1996 and M.S. (Civil Engg) from The University of Oklahoma, USA in 1998. He has worked in Stresscrete India Ltd., Mumbai and Scott Wilson Kirkpatrick India Pvt Ltd., Bengaluru. He is a member of various committees - B4 Code committee (Concrete Bridges) of Indian Roads Congress, Secretary. Indian Institution of Bridge Engineers, Karnataka Chapter, Executive Committee Member, ING-IABSE Karnataka Chapter, Chartered Engineer and Life Member, Institution of Engineers, India, Member, American Society of Civil Engineers, USA, Life Member, Association of Consulting Civil Engineers, India, Life Member, Indian Concrete Intitute, Member, CHI EPSILON, National Civil Engg., Honour Society, USA. His company Chetan Infratech Consultants Pvt. Ltd. has designed India’s first platinum rated metro station “Airport South Station” for Nagpur Metro.His company has design highway projects for which the concessionaire has won Gold Award at National Highways Excellence Awards.
