Certification course on “Core Skills on Customer Support with AI”

The School of Commerce successfully organized a three-day Certificate Training Course on "Core Skills on Customer Support with AI," in collaboration with Magic Bus and IBM Skills Build. The event was conducted on February 21, 24, and 25, 2025, and witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, faculty members.

The primary objective of the training was to equip participants with fundamental customer support skills, enhanced by the integration of Artificial Intelligence. The program covered key aspects such as AI-driven customer interactions, handling queries efficiently, and leveraging technology for better customer engagement.

The training sessions were led by industry experts and seasoned trainers from Magic Bus and IBM Skills Build. The interactive sessions, case studies, and hands-on exercises provided a comprehensive understanding of AI applications in customer service. Participants actively engaged in discussions, role-playing exercises, and simulations that enhanced their learning experience.
