Christmas celebrations on 24th December, 2020

School of Architecture, REVA University celebrated Christmas on 24 December 2020.
This was a part of Activity based engagement programme (ABEP). Students of first semester, Architecture, decorated their design studio with Eco friendly items like twigs and dry leaves. Students showed great enthusiasm in gathering eco-friendly waste materials from around the campus. All the ornaments were handmade from scratch by students themselves on 22nd and 23rd of December. The decoration included traditional Christmas ornaments for the tree, eco-friendly wreath, wind-chimes and Christmas mementos for faculty members. The celebration was followed by potluck by all students and faculty. The staff and students were completely spellbound with the Christmas gratification. Students added gaiety and were vibrantly dressed for the theme. All of these activities contributed significantly to peer bonding and sense of camaraderie amongst them. This also gave all the new students a chance to mingle with faculty members across all semesters.
