The Department of Psychology an Academia Expert Lecture on "Cognitive Behaviour Therapy" on 30th September, 2024. The session was facilitated by Mr. Vigraanth Bapu, a Clinical Psychologist and Academician currently working with Kristu Jayanti College. The expert lecture helped Masters' Students acquire deeper understanding of various techniques under CBT and their applications in providing better Mental Health care.
