Objectives – To create awareness about the importance of Customer Relationship Management, Brand Loyalty and Customer Loyalty
An Industry Interaction and guest lecture on ‘Customer Relationship Management’ was organized for the students of I & III MAJ by the Department of Media Studies, School of Arts and Humanities on 27th September 2019 at 2pm in Aryabhata Hall, C V Raman Block. Mr. Sherry George, Head, Customer Loyalty Programme, Titan was the resource person.
In the interactive session, he gave insights on the concepts of brand loyalty, customer loyalty, and Customer relationship. He provided relevant examples from the industry to explain the concepts. Later, he answered the questions of the students.
