The Department of Physical Education and Sports in association with NSS Unit and NCC wing of REVA University is organizing "9th International Yoga Day" on 21st June 2023 from 8.00 AM onwards at Rangasthala, Vivekananda Block .
International Yoga Day celebrates the physical and spiritual prowess that yoga has brought to the world stage. It is a way to interconnect the mind, body, and soul. lt is a time to spread out your Yoga Mat and learn the balancing act of physical and mental exercises that has captivated yoga practitioners all around the world for thousands of years.
