The resource person discussed the role of AI in the complete HR process, from recruitment to the tenure of an employee in an organization. The pros and cons were examined, highlighting how technology can be a helpful tool for organizations in managing their day-to-day routine tasks and its impact on operational efficiency. The session was highly interactive, with the resource person engaging students through a quiz conducted using Mentee Meter, encouraging participation by rewarding students.
