REVA University is the Academic Partner for the ‘Empowering Investors Hackathon’, a prestigious event organised by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and powered by Hack2skill. This hackathon is a transformative opportunity for our students to explore the future of banking and create innovative solutions using cutting-edge technologies like Gen-AI and Machine Learning.

As part of the hackathon, there are exciting challenges for the students
• Content Curation and Education: Develop tools and models to curate trustworthy educational content on securities markets and empower investors with knowledge.
• Identifying Misleading Claims: Create models and tools that detect and flag misleading investment claims on digital platforms, fostering a trustworthy environment for all participants.

By participating in the Empowering Investors Hackathon, our students will:
• Be mentored by industry experts and gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies.
• Compete for attractive cash prizes worth ₹1.75 Lakh.
• Receive certificates on submission of a valid idea.
• Network with finance professionals, data scientists, and like-minded individuals.
• Showcase their solutions to a panel of esteemed judges and receive valuable feedback.
