On February 11th, 2023, the School of Electrical and Electronics Engineering organized an expert lecture talk program titled "Energy Saving Through Auditing" at the Kalpana Chawla Seminar Hall, C.V Raman Block, REVA University. The esteemed resource person, Mr. G SIVARAJ, Consultant at M/S Bangalore Hydro Engineers and Consultants and Pvt. Ltd., delivered the lecture to the participating faculty members.
The primary objective of the program was to impart knowledge about the significance of energy conservation and the techniques involved in energy preservation. Furthermore, the program aimed to introduce the attendees to the field of auditing in the electrical sector.
The program yielded several outcomes, including gaining an understanding of energy conservation practices in daily life, recognizing the importance of energy auditing, and comprehending the methodology of energy auditing.
The program commenced at 11:00 AM and lasted until 12:45 PM. The intended participants for the program were faculty members from the School of Electrical and Electronics Engineering. The program was coordinated by Prof. Ananda M.H.
