FDP Outcome Based Teaching and Assessment

School of Electrical and Electronics Engineering organized and conducted a session on Outcome Based Teaching and Assessment on 08th Januaryfor the faculties of School of EEE.
The FDP was carried out in two sessions, Session – 1 was conducted by Dr. Rajashekar P Mandi, Director, School of EEE, and Session – 2 by Dr. B P Divakar, Dean, R & I, REVA University.

The FDP focused on the following key points in session -1:

1. Introduction on transformers
2. Basic Electric Parameter
3. Power Quality Parameter
4. Quantitative Parameter
5. Inter-turn Faults

The FDP focused on the following key points in session -2:

1. Setting up of objective, outcome and mapping both
2. Importance of market survey in preparing objectives
3. Teaching and Learning process
4. Delivery – Preparation of slides and questions
5. Inference and Assessment
6. Assessment tool – RUBRICS
