The School of Electrical & Electronics Engineering, in collaboration with Indo-skill, organized a comprehensive Five-Day Workshop on "Artificial Intelligence with Real-time Application Projects." The workshop took place from June 8th to June 13th, 2023, in Room No:310. The primary objective of this workshop was to provide participants with a strong foundation in AI and real-time application projects. It aimed to enhance the expertise and capabilities of faculty members from various engineering institutions across India. The workshop offered an opportunity for faculty members to learn industry-standard AI frameworks such as Tensorflow, Keras, and Scikit-learn. Additionally, participants gained insights into deploying models using the Streamlit framework on cloud platforms.
The workshop featured experts who covered a wide range of contemporary computing topics. They provided participants with a solid theoretical understanding of AI while also emphasizing the development of critical analysis and practical skills. The ultimate goal was to impart knowledge and train faculty members on the fundamental engineering aspects of AI, with a focus on real-time application projects. The workshop commenced on June 8th with an inaugural function graced by the presence of Dr. Raghu C N, the Director of the School of Electrical & Electronics Engineering at REVA University. The event marked the beginning of an enriching and immersive learning experience for the participants. By offering hands-on training and exposure to cutting-edge AI technologies, this workshop aimed to equip faculty members with the necessary tools and knowledge to integrate AI into their teaching methodologies. It provided a platform for networking and collaboration, fostering the growth of AI expertise in the academic community.
