Founder’s Day - 2025

REVA University proudly hosts the Founder’s Day celebration on January 6, 2025, at the REVA University campus. This event marks the birthday of Dr. P. Shyama Raju, Chancellor of REVA University, and brings together the university community in a spirit of celebration and gratitude. The one-day event begins at 6:00 PM at the Kuvempu Auditorium.

As part of the festivities, REVA University honours outstanding achievers with prestigious awards. This year, the REVA Lifetime Achievement Award is conferred upon Dr. Devi Prasad Shetty, Cardiac Surgeon and Chairman of Narayana Health, and Dr. Malathi Holla, Indian Para Athlete. Additionally, Dr. Vikram Sampath, Indian Historian and Columnist, receives the REVA Excellence Award. 

Dr. P. Shyama Raju presides over the occasion, while Pro Chancellor Mr. Umesh S. Raju, Vice Chancellor Dr. Sanjay R. Chitnis, Rector Dr. R. W. Alexander Jesudasan, and Registrar Dr. K. S. Narayanaswamy will grace the occasion
