G20 India – International Year of Millets 2023
The year 2023 has been declared as the International Year of millets based on the proposal shared by India and we also hold the presidency of the G20 grouping. The Indian government is promoting millet as a way to improve food security, enhance farmers’ livelihoods, and address the problem of malnutrition. By focusing on these goals India plans to achieve SDGs and fight climate change in a sustainable manner. To achieve these goals, and celebrate the International Year of Millets, REVA University is organising a session on the “Importance of Millets and Business Opportunities for Entrepreneurs”, on 15th March 2023. The event will be held from 10:30 AM -11:50 AM at Kalpana Chawla Seminar Hall.
