Event: Guest Lecture on Effective Presentation Skills

The School of Arts & Humanities organised a Guest Lecture on “Effective Presentation skills” through online platform, Microsoft Teams. The resource person was Dr. Tiakaba Jamir, Alumnus of REVA University. He was a 2016 -2020 batch research scholar, English, School of Arts and Humanities. The lecture was organised for the third and fifth semester students of BA and second semester MA English and MA Journalism. Around 100 students attended the session. The resource person emphasised on the importance of presentation skills. He elaborated on the benefits of good presentation. The students were extremely intrigued by the lecture. The topic was relevant to the course and projects taken up by the students. The lecture ended with a ‘Question and Answer Session’ that was both informative and educative. Vote of thanks was presented by the event coordinator Prof. Nasreen Ghani.
