An Industrial Expert Masterclass, “How to achieve a Well-Differntiated Self? - A Bird’s Eye View” was organized by the Department of Psychology on 19th September, 2024. The Masterclass was conducted by Ms. Yamini Gowda P.C., a Counselling Psychologist and Research Scholar at St. Agnes College, Mangaluru. The session aimed at helping students understand the significance of maintaining a balance between individuality and emotional closeness in relationships.
