This Faculty Development Program is designed to help inspire, educate and enable individuals to realize their full potential and take the leap into entrepreneurship as a choice. This includes cultivating the entrepreneurial spirit in participants, learn how to offer support to start-ups and SMEs and setting them up for accelerated growth. Design innovation is a multifaceted concept that involves the creation and application of novel ideas, processes, and solutions within the realm of design to address challenges, improve functionality, and enhance user experiences. This FDP will encourages staff to try new ways of doing things, use new materials, and try new methods using Design Thinking concepts.
