REVA University celebrated the 78th Independence Day with patriotic fervour on 15th August 2024. The Indian Tricolor was hoisted at Saugandhika by Capt. Naveen Nagappa, a Kargil War Veteran, in the presence of Chancellor Dr. P. Shyama Raju, Pro Chancellor Mr. Umesh S. Raju, and Vice Chancellor Dr. N. Ramesh. Deans, Directors, HoDs, faculty, and staff gathered at 7:50 AM to honor the occasion. The Chief Guest and the Chancellor delivered an inspiring address, emphasising the significance of freedom and national progress. The celebrations continued with a formal program at Kuvempu Auditorium at 8:20 AM, where faculty and staff actively participated.
