The Department of Psychology conducted an Academia Expert Lecture on "Depression Management" on 30th September, 2024. The session was facilitated by Ms. Anjaly Anilkumar, a queer affirmative trauma informed Psychologist. She is also the Chief Psychologistt at THAP and Clinical Director at Reach Your Therapist. Students acquired deeper understanding of various techniques of managing depression and how to navigate future clients for the same. She emphasized on how to manage expectations: unmasking perfectionism.
