The International Conference on Advances in Computers & Smart Technologies (ICACST- 2019) will be held at REVA University, Bangalore, India. This conference is an extension of four International Conferences, namely ARTCom 2011, ICAECC-2014, SmartTech-2017, ICAECC-2018 held at REVA University. The conference presents an open forum for scientists, researchers and engineers to exchange the latest innovations and research advancements in the areas of next-generation computers, high performance computing, Smart IT services and applications. ICACST-2019 has technical paper presentations, invited talks, and pre-conference tutorials. Authors are invited to submit full length original research contributions not exceeding six pages (charges for extra pages). The manuscript should not have been published in any journals / magazines or conference proceedings and not under review in any of the publishing avenues
