REVA University School of EEE in association with REVA Alumni Association organized a motivational talk on Career Opportunities in Armed Forces on 5th May 2021 for all the students of School of EEE.

Major Bhavana M V, is a serving officer in Indian Army. She has been posted in most challenging parts of the country. She was privileged to be part of all women officers contingent during Republic Day parade 2015 displaying the “Naari Shakti”, in front of the then US president Mr. Barack Obama. She has represented the command in 10m Air Pistol competition. Major Bhavana have been part of many projects to facilitate automation in addition to her regular work of maintaining the fleet of vehicles and equipment of the Indian Army.

Students got motivated to see themselves as the Indian Army officers by interacting with Major Bhavana. She gave them the insight of recruitment process, way of preparation and details about various platforms to get prepared for taking entry into Army. She cleared many doubts raised by students & they were very happy.
