Placement Training Report
On 7th and 21st November 2020

Students Participated: 30
School of Architecture, REVA University in collaboration with REVA Placement cell had organized Placement training for IX semester students B.Arch. in two sessions on 7th Nov 2020 and 21st Nov 2020 between 2pm-4pm. These sessions were interactive one conducted in online platform MS teams. The session was all about the interview preparedness and Video resume preparation. Ms. Nidhi Shukla conducted the session, she explained the HR perspective, do’s and don’t s in resume preparation and interview. She made the session more interactive, explained how to speak in interview, face the interviewer and qualities to develop the personality and body language. Overall, the session was very informative and motivating for students.
Outcomes of the Placement Training:
• The students participated actively and cleared their doubts regarding interview.
• Students were able to understand the HR perspective which will help them to handle interviews easily.
• They had clarity to prepare Video resume.
• They were able to understand the need for formal attire, personality grooming and body language.
• The session was interactive and motivating for students. They had many takeaways like rectified misinterpretations, interview preparedness and resume preparation.
