Report of Technical Talk on “Cognitive Computing” Organised by School of Computing & Information Technology from Cognitive Computing Club

Participants: B.Tech. 3rd ,5th & 7th Semester Students (60 students have attended)
Cognitive Computing: Cognitive computing is the use of computerized models to simulate the human thought process in complex situations where the answers may be ambiguous and uncertain. The phrase is closely associated with IBM's cognitive computer system. Cognitive computing overlaps with AI and involves many of the same underlying technologies to power cognitive applications, including expert systems, neural networks, robotics and virtual reality.
The Technical Talk was delivered on following topics:
• Introduction to Cognitive Computing
• Introduction to AI and ML
• Introduction to Data Science
• Some of the COVID Projects developed Using latest Technologies.
