In an attempt towards Alumni Engagement, a series of Alumni interactions are planned from the School of Management Studies. The second one in the series was organised on 14th of February, 2020. The alumni was Ms. Chelsea, who graduated in the year 2019 after completing her B.B.A. from REVA University.
Ms. Chelsea is currently working as Management Trainer at Decathlon India Private Limited. Having joined Decathlon as a customer handler while she was in second semester B.B.A., she has reached the position of training the management trainees in different operational areas of Decathlon. Ms. Chelsea has travelled to all states of India and has conducted training at all Decathlon Centres. She also has travelled to Srilanka, Singapore and other countries as a part of her assignments.
Being one of the distinctive student during her stay, she has always been a very active member who has taken multiple initiatives. In recognition to her overall excellence, she was awarded the best graduating student from the School of Management during the year 2019.
Being an excellent communicator himself, she discussed the importance of communication to the students. She discussed with students, the importance of time and how one could manage their time better and bring about a difference in their lives. She quoted with her own experiences of how she best utilized her time and how it has impacted her own journey as a individual. The session inputs were very well taken by the students who also interacted with the speaker. In total the session was very informative and useful to the second semester students who have a long way to go in their journey as Business Management Students.
