We are glad to inform you that School of Architecture, REVA University has adopted GOVERNMENT HIGH SCHOOL JALIGE. As part of the adoption drive, we have planned an activity at our adopted school JALIGE on 29/03/2021 that is on Monday and below is the brief of the activity.
Students of Fourth semester, School of Architecture, REVA University as part of learning we conducted 3 activities in JALIGE school.
CLAY MODELING – Gave a lecture on Importance of Natural clay and our students demonstrate the skills of making 3D modeling out of natural clay to make them understand the material. The students enjoyed the making of model and came up with creative models at the end.
YOGA – Explained and gave a lecture on importance of physical exercise to our body by yoga the health benefits, mental health and stability by yoga.
Our faculty & students demonstrate the yoga to all the students and made them do the basics of yoga, stretches and Surya Namskara.
Our 4th semester students distributed Books and Pens to all the 15 kids to motivate them to be Educated
Students were very excited and benefited by all the activities conducted.
Students from 5th standard to 7th standard were part of this activity with the support of our 4th semester students. The students experienced the pleasure of teaching and making the exercise interesting for kids.
A total of 15 students from 1st to 7th standard were part of this programme.
A total of 20 students from 4th semester B.Arch. participated in the community outreach programme and they were accompanied by 2 faculty Dr.Anupama. R M, Er. Nagaraja S
