Regarding to “DAAN UTSAV 2019 – CELEBRATE THE JOY OF GIVING WEEK”, School of Computing and Information Technology took a major initiative step with an aim of participating, supporting and encouraging our REVA University students to be part of this prestigious social service event DAAN UTSAV 2019 for the 3rd consecutive year that was celebrated on the day of WORLD FOOD DAY.

Plan: To visit an Orphanage, providing food items, clothes, other required materials and Dance programme.
Orphanage: “A.I.R. Humanitarian Home (Formerly known as RVM Foundation – Philanthropic Home”, Survey No. 34/2, Chikkagubbi Village, Doddagubbi Post (Near Alpha Engineering College), Hennur Main Road, Bengaluru – 560 077.
Day of visit: Wednesday, 16th October 2019.
Amount received for Contribution from faculty members & students: Rs. 25,000/-
Faculty members, non-teaching staff and student volunteers from School of Computing and Information Technology visited A.I.R. Humanitarian Home on Wednesday, 16th October 2019. The event started with cake-cutting celebration, followed by serving Bisi-Bele Bath, Curd Rice for lunch. Also, donated clothes and other required materials to the Management of A.I.R. Humanitarian Home. The event concluded with Dance programme.
