Title: REPORT ON INDUSTRIAL VISIT COCA COLA BEVERAGE PVT LTD BIDADI

This is a valuable report on a practical implementation in the theoretical aspects. It is an important concept as it provides a thorough understanding of the industrial modus. The industrial visit was organized by REVA UNIVERISTY - SCHOOL OF MANAGEMENT STUDIES. This educational venture was organized on Sep-11-2018 to “Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverage Pvt Ltd. – Bidadi.”
The visit was planned for the students of I SEM B.B.A. ‘A’ Section students accompanied by the faculty - coordinator Mrs. Kavya. The valuable educational journey started at 9:00am with a total of 40 students. The group reached the plant by 11:30am. It is the practice of the organization to welcomed students with the beverage to all visitors.
An introductory session was conducted by Ms. Sangeetha (HR) and her team to educate the safety measures to be taken during our visit in the plant. Later the visit/session was accompanied by an executive who provided very useful information about the Coca-Cola by taking to the assembly line and briefed about the processes and operations undertaken by the plant. The students were provided with deep insights about the working of the plant. This tour covers the fundamental procedures in manufacturing and service operations. Participants will gain a solid understanding of the role of manufacturing, administration and sales with an entire over view of supply chain and organizational infrastructure. The tour prepares students to be effective in entry-level and supervisory roles in manufacturing and service operations.
However, the duration of the visit was very limited and hence our access to knowledge and information about various other processes was confined to limited availability of time.
The visit was finally concluded around 1:30 pm and departed from the plant around 1:45pm. The industrial visit to Coca-Cola was an enriching experience for the students in getting live exposure of manufacturing which can help them in their internships.
Thanking the Management for giving us such wonderful experience, also looking forward for more enriching and educating Industrial Visits in the coming days.
