In this talk series Dr. Abhay Jere, Chief Innovation Officer, MHRD Innovation cell and 
Dr. BVR Mohan Reddy, Chairman Cyient & Ex-Chairman NASSCOM discussed the 
following points:
- Dr. BVR Mohan Reddy, Chairman Cyient & Ex-Chairman NASSCOM explained silver lining for industry in Covid Crisis
- In current situation India is in good silver lining condition and this crisis will hit the economic in all over the world. All the economics are going to shrink like china, America, India (1.9) GDP.
- The Unorganized sectors are badly impacted due to this crisis (Like real estate, construction, Healthcare system, education system etc.)
- But this Lockdown gives the good opportunity for all the early stage startups to adopt the new technologies. Also we can learn the new Technologies due to this crisis.
- We can adopt or learn the new skills are interesting to us. If we adopt new technologies we can get the higher quality of the jobs.
- The success and failure both are part of life and we need to accept the both the success and failure. Managing the failure gives the more strength to succeed.
