Participants: 70 Students, REVA University School of Architecture.

Competitions club of School of Architecture had arranged a workshop /Expert talk on using Comic strips as a creative way to express the ideas, for the students of B.Arch..

Key concepts covered: 

• Basics of Comic Strips.
• Different types of comics and examples.
• How comics can be integrated in Architecture.

Methodology: 
Interactive presentation, step by step guide to make one’s own comic strips.

Agenda discussed:

The workshop focused on understanding

• Basics of comic strips
• Adding details and speech bubbles
• Different types of comics
• Using different mediums of colours
• Highlighting the important features
• Using Comic strips in design process to make it more interesting.

The workshop was introductory session to creating comic strips. Students were en-couraged to explore different types and develop their own comic strips. Work-shop ended with a positive feedback from students.
