Participants: 70 Students, REVA University School Of Architecture.
Key concepts covered:
· Use of water colours in Architectural illustration
· Brush techniques for water colours
· Highlighting the important aspects of a drawing
Methodology:
Interactive presentation, step by step guide to render plans, sections and views.
Agenda discussed:
The workshop focused on understanding importance of
· Applying base layer
· Adding shadow/depth
· Colour combination
· Blending different mediums of colours
· Highlighting the important features
· Outlining and different stationary to be used.
The workshop was introductory session to render plan, section and views using water colours and other mediums. Students were encouraged to explore different techniques and develop their own style. Workshop ended with a positive feedback from students.
