The Department of Chemistry have organized a guest lecture on "Schiff’s Base Metal Complexes – As Medicines" dated 29th September, 2018 between 10.30 AM to 11.30 AM in New Seminar Hall, 1st Floor, Science block, RISM.
Resource Person: Dr. K. Ramakrishna Reddy, Associate Professor, and Co-ordinator PG Department and Research Studies in Chemistry, Govt. Science College, Bangalore.
The guest lecture mainly focused on synthesis, characterization, biological evaluation and properties of metal complexes which were made from Schiff’s bases. The talk covers the majority of key points which were designed in the curriculum for M.Sc., in the area of coordination chemistry (Inorganic chemistry).
