Seminar on the "Art of Writing Funded Projects"

The School of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (SoEEE) at REVA University organized a seminar on the "Art of Writing Funded Projects" on 27th May 2023. The seminar aimed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the essentials of writing successful proposals for funding projects. Dr. Shashidhar G Koolagudi, Associate Professor from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the National Institute of Technology, Surathkal, served as the resource person for the event. The program commenced with a warm welcome extended to Dr. Shashidhar G Koolagudi by the event coordinators, Dr. Sagar B S and Dr. Bansilal Bairwa, Assistant Professors at SoEEE.

 Dr. Koolagudi began the session by engaging the audience with interactive questions on the factors to consider when seeking funding. He emphasized the significance of writing effective proposals, as they serve as crucial documents that highlight the importance and necessity of funding for organizations. A well-written proposal not only showcases the quality of the work but also sets the path for future endeavors. Throughout the session, Dr. Koolagudi captivated the audience's attention by encouraging regular interaction and simplifying the topic for better comprehension. The seminar included a question-and-answer session, allowing participants to clarify their doubts and engage in further discussions. The program concluded with a felicitation by Dr. Raghu C N, the Director of the School of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at REVA University.
