A novel idea of a Student Exchange Program was initiated for the exchange of ideas, culture and technology, with the students of SoEEE, REVA University and the students of SoEE, KIIT University at IIT Bhubaneswar, Odisha. This initiative gave scope to achieve the vision and the objectives of SoEE in enriching vibrancy. The whole process began to articulate from January under the guidance and leadership of Dr. Raghu C N, Dy. Director, SoEEE and Dr. Ritesh Dash, Associate Professor, SoEEE. This idea took concrete shape in July and took place from 9th-15th July 2023. 

The program was coordinated by Dr. Satya Ranjan Jena, Assistant Professor, SoEE, KIIT University. The success of this program lies in the teamwork of all the faculty & staff of SoEEE. The event kick-started with the inauguration on 9th July 2023. The students were on a campus tour in the morning to experience the world-class infrastructure and the diversity on campus. They were enthralled by the way the academic infrastructure and facilities were provided to the students. They enjoyed working in the Power System Lab and Energy System lab. We arranged special sessions for the students apart from the regular classes. During the tour, the students also attended sessions at IIT-Bhubaneswar under PhD Summer School activities.
