 The talk by Professor Vihar P. Georgiev includes the Research work on “Simulations of Ultra-Scaled Electronic Devices with a Novel Flexible Nano-TCAD Nano-Electronic Simulation Software (NESS) environment”. Based on the following concepts.

 About 45 participants from REVA University and other institutions in India and abroad (in online mode) such as Huawei Plc. (UK), Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology, BIT Mesra, Heritage Inst of Technology, Kolkata attended the event in online mode and the live webcast. The participants actively involved in the question and answer session, and gained the knowledge of ultra-scaled Nano devices and the NESS environment.

 The lecture was attended by all MSc & BSc students, research scholars and faculty of Physics REVA University and in & around Bangalore.

 We would like to thank our beloved Chancellor Dr. P. Shyama Raju for providing all facility and support to conduct such events. We also thank Vice Chancellor Dr. M.  Dhanamjaya, Registrar Dr. N Ramesh, Deputy Director, Associate Dean, DGM, and students/Scholars of physics department.
