The Resource person of the Technical Talk was Mr. Sunil Kumar V, CEO, VI Solutions, Bangalore. Sunil Kumar V graduated as Electronics & Communication Engineer from Visweswaraiah Technological University and completed master in Embedded System Design from Manipal University. Started his career at Indian Institute of Science (IISc) and has implemented numerous projects for the Ministry Of Defence at DRDO Hyderabad for more than 10 yrs. Also Worked as Associate Manager at HCL Aerospace - Bangalore and later joined Meggit Aircraft Systems at Coventry – United Kingdom (UK) and has worked for two years on NATO Defence projects.Currently owns VI Solutions, an Automation company headquartered at Bangalore. The company has implemented several Turn-key Systems and System Integration projects for various organizations of Ministry of Defence. VI Solutions system integration practice provides end-to-end management from requirements development to solution integration and on-going support.
Around 50 students from the School of ECE attended the Technical Talk.
The Technical Talk focused on following key points:
1. What is Core Engineering?
2. Importance of Core Engineering.
3. Introduction to LabVIEW.
4. Advantages of using LabVIEW.
5. Demonstrated the LabVIEW tool with examples.
