School of Legal Studies, in association with International Relations and Research Collaborations organized a Guest Lecture on “The Role of Ethics in Modern Media Practice” on 30.08.2024, for the Students of School of Legal Studies. The session witnessed the true deliberation by Guest Dr.Venkat Iyer, Barrister and Senior Lecturer at Ulster University, UK.
Following the lecture, students gained a deeper understanding of the session concluded with valuable suggestions for reforming media laws in the modern era. These recommendations aim to address the evolving challenges faced by journalists and ensure that media practices align with ethical principles and societal needs.
