School of Management Studies, SAMSIDDHI- HR Club has organized the World literacy day with the theme of “TRANSFORMING LEARNING LITERACY SPACES” , on 8TH of September, 2022. The events were conducted from 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM with the presence of the Director, School of Management Studies, Dr. Nitu Ghosh and 36 students of BBA II/H/E -V, III, I semesters. The program was organized by Prof. Mani Krishna, Prof. Fazeelath Tabassum, Assistant Professor, School of Management Studies.
ABOUT THE PROGRAM: the event started with a welcome note by the student coordinators followed by the director’s speech and wished with her words of wisdom to all the participants. The participant has to showcase their talent in a debate competition on transforming learning literacy spaces. Here they come up with creative and innovative ideas to analyse the learning literacy space. This event motivates the student to think in different dimensions where they can find innovative and creative ways to solve the various issues in literacy. Future hr managers need to learn critical analysis, decision-making capacity, and optimum utilization of resources, this event gives input to the participants. As a result, transforming learning literacy spaces, encourage the student’s best ways to understand the importance of literacy.
The competition was judged by prof. Swetha TA , Dr. Sughanya S ,Dr.Madhavi and Prof JohnParvin from the School of Management Studies, along with student coordinators Mr. Vishal Sharma and Mr. Webster from BBA (ii). The debate was held in CK Prahalad hall. Students have showcased their talents by presenting new innovative thoughts and their capabilities to analyse the topic. We also had student facilitators who associated with multiple things in coordinating and arranging the necessary things on time - Mr Vimlan and Ms. Vishnu Priya.
