Tree Plantation Drive – “Catch the Rain”
Participants: NCC Cadets (56), NSS Volunteers (72)
School / Department: REVA University NCC Army Wing in association with NSS and School of CSE.
Venue: Pujanahalli, Devanahalli, Taluk.
Chief Guest’s: Col. S K Singh, Commanding officer,39 KAR BN NCC, B Group & Lt Col P. Kalliappan, AO, 39 KAR BN NCC & Subedar Major Gurupyar, 39 KAR BN NCC.
Objective of the event:
- To create a culture among the students to be active volunteers in the Nation Missions– “Clean India: Green India”.
- To promote the importance of tree plantation in reducing global warming.
- To encourage the students to volunteer for the social
