The School of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) at REVA University in Bengaluru orchestrated an enlightening industrial visit for the 5th semester students of Section C on September 23, 2023. The students visited the CSIR - National Aerospace Laboratory (NAL) in Bangalore, where they had the opportunity to explore NAL's significant achievements as part of the CSIR one-week-one-lab initiative. This week-long celebration showcased NAL's contributions to creating new knowledge, translating science into innovation, and developing cutting-edge technologies for the benefit of society. The purpose of this visit extended beyond knowledge sharing; it aimed to foster collaboration with state governments and industries, encourage young scientists to embark on entrepreneurial journeys, guide students, and nurture scientific curiosity among the students. The School of EEE expressed its gratitude to the university's leadership, including Dr. P. Shyama Raju, Chancellor; Dr. M. Dhanamjaya, Vice Chancellor; Dr. N. Ramesh, Registrar; Dr. Raghu. C.N, Deputy Director and Dr. B. P. Divakar, Dean of Research & Innovation Council, for their unwavering support and motivation.
The industrial visit not only offered students a glimpse into the world of aerospace technology but also provided valuable insights into the organization's contributions to society and industry. It underlines the commitment of REVA University to offering students hands-on experiences and real-world exposure to complement their academic learning.
