ABOUT THE PROGRAMME:
Discussion on using modeled and satellite soil moisture from NASA's SMAP mission for drought monitoring across multiple scales (catchment- to- global), free-to-use open access tools like R for large-scale geospatial data analysis and processing.
A key to achieving self-reliant housing is understanding how best to select and integrate planning, designing aspects using available resources, sustainability concepts and technologies, to optimise the performance of housing for different climates, cultures and socio-economic conditions. A strategic approach will be required to achieve a sustainable housing to ensure that it functions efficiently as a whole.
