Title: Webinar on Spiritual Talk on “Sound mind in Sound Body”

Description: The School of Electronics and Communication Engineering, organized a Webinar on “Sound mind in Sound Body” on 24th July 2020 through the MS Teams platform from from 11:00 am to 12 :00 pm.(IST). The resource persons were Nagashree B.A (Speaker), Aerospace Engineer, Spiritualguide, ANTAR-MANA. She has a graduate from Electronics and Communication Major. She has also done M.Sc in Yoga from Annamalai University. She has been part of Antarmana from 2015 and has trained many of the youths in Spiritual awakening programmes. She has also conducted workshops on Career Guidance, Work life balance and Personality Development. And Hitesh Reddy (Alumni speaker) Filmmaker / Spiritual Guide , AntarMana. Hitesh is a graduate from George Mason University in Telecommunication Major. And Alumni of REVA University school of ECE. He is now working as independent filmmaker. He is associated with AntarMana from 10 years. He has conducted workshops on Mind and soul Therapy and the importance of vedic knowledge in our life.
In this Session, the major topic was “How to Programme our Thoughts”. The speakers introduced themselves and had a brief introduction about their organization “ANTARMANA”. Later in the Session the sepeakr Nagashree explained about different thought process in our mind which happens in our daily life with examples. The speaker later then added how to visualize and manifest our thought process & and how the process of thinking should be in detail. The speaker also explained why mediation is required for our thought process to be cntoled and how it affects our day to day actions. Later the speaker explained about different meditation techniques, like shower meditation, one-min on hour mediation & guided mediatation.
The next speaker Mr. Hitesh had taken a practical session with us called guided meditation which was rejuvenating and cleared our thought process to. At the final stage there was Q&A session for 5 mins which cleared a lot of doubts among the participants.
We would like to thank our beloved Chancellor, Dr. P. ShyamaRaju sir for providing all facilities and support to conduct this programme. Registrar Dr M. Dhanamjaya sir, for their motivation, help and support to conduct webinar.
We also thank our Director, School of ECE, Dr. R C. Biradar, and Assistant Director Dr. K M Sudarshan for their constant support and always motivating us to organize such events in School of ECE. We thank the faculty and technical staff of School of ECE and student fraternity for attending and supporting us to conduct the Webinar successfully.
