Description: School of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Team 3 organized webinar session on “Design Thinking” on 26-09-2020 at 6.30 PM to 7.30 PM. The resource person was Mrs. Ekta Deshpande and more than 40 participants including students, Faculties and research scholars have attended the session. 
Mrs. Ekta Deshpande, is a 2011 passed out student from REVA. She got her placement in Mphasis through REVA. There she worked as software developer. After cracking CAT she joined MBA at SYMBOISIS Pune. SYMBOISIS placed her in Wipro technologies Bengaluru. Presently she is pre sales consultant at Wipro. She has published many papers in journals related to foreign trade and digital marketing. She is an extensive reader.

Design Thinking is an iterative process in which we seek to understand the user, challenge assumptions, and redefine problems in an attempt to identify alternative strategies and solutions that might not be instantly apparent with our initial level of understanding. At the same time, Design Thinking provides a solution-based approach to solving problems. It is a way of thinking and working as well as a collection of hands-on methods.
