AIMS
• To increase confidence level for all the girls regarding their dressing sense, way of speaking and carrying themselves.
• To spread awareness about how one shall present themselves for an interviews.

Women's empowerment and achieving gender equality is essential for our society to ensure the sustainable development of the nation. Sustainable development is impossible without gender equality and women's empowerment. Many women feel the pressures of gender discrimination and comparatively less confidence, while others have become accustomed to being treated inferior to men.

To change the scenario, it is essential to educate woman from the beginning for being confidence, self-dependent, bold and strong.

SESSION
Ms. Sowmya from Hindustan Unilever Limited spoke about how important it is for a girl or women to carry herself in a proper manner, she even spoke about the way of dressing, talking, styling herself, and most importantly her confidence level for indulging in activities. Ms. Sowmya guided us with the help of a video which further gave us a clearer view about what she exactly wanted to convey. She even spoke about how important it is to avoid body odour, whjch clearly stated that not just dressing up well is important but the way we smell, talk, walk, smile, maintain eye contact and body language also matters. Ms. Sowmya also distributed Rexona 10X among all the girls, to spread awareness about self-care. 80 girl students from both UG and PG attended this session.

To bring awareness on the above mentioned area, Miss Soumya and Sandhya from Hindustan Unilever Limited gave a talk on following topic, to the UG and PG girl students of Commerce.
1. Grooming
2. Women Empowerment
3. Hygiene

The discussion included how to maintain appearance, tips for talk to higher authority and present themselves during meetings and interviews. Addition to that, suggestion on maintaining self-hygiene and being confident during any presentation.
