University Industry Interaction Centre – Innovation Centre

Organised By: School of ECE

Held on : 8th-10th February, 2018

As said by Warren Bennis “Innovation - any new idea - by definition will not be accepted at first. It takes repeated attempts, endless demonstrations, and monotonous rehearsals before innovation can be accepted and internalized by an organization. This requires courageous patience." The process of translating an idea or invention into a product creates scientific and economic value to the country. It involves deliberate application of information, imagination and initiative in deriving greater or different values from resources, and includes all processes by which new ideas are generated and converted into useful products. Creative ideas & innovations have changed our lifestyle to a great extent. Innovation is the key to progress and sustain the growth in future Hence to nurture the ideas and build the confidence of the students we from UIIC, Innovation centre and school of ECE, REVA University supported the students to realise there innovative ideas and promoted them to participate in various competitions to enhance their skills by interacting with audience and participants. In this regard, we encouraged the students to participate in the event Innovation festival 2018.
